Hopper Murray and Scott Tupper each threw 3 strong innings in leading Westfield White past Westfield Blue by the score of 11-2.
Murray and Tupper scattered 4 hits over 6 innings while the White offense banged out 12 hits, including 7 hits in the 8 run, 3rd inning. Chris Varano, Nick Mele and Chris Boutsikaris had 2 hits a piece, Brett Robertshaw drove in 2 runs, Liam Heinbokel and Mele doubled and Varano and Michael Mobarakai each scored twice.
Westfield White has a double header on Sunday, playing at 10:00 AM against Hillsborough at Gumbert #3 and at 6:00 PM against Summit at Long Field in Summit.
